About This Work Session

The Radical Collaboration® work session is a research-backed, 3-day intensive program that teaches individuals and teams five essential skills for building and maintaining collaborative relationships, even under stress.

Developed by Jim Tamm and Ronald Luyet, the program draws on over 40 years of research in psychology, organizational development, and conflict resolution. Participants explore their own collaborative behaviors through validated assessments, experiential exercises, and reflective practices.

Whether you lead a team, serve on a board, or work alongside others in high-stakes environments, this work session will deepen your capacity to build trust, resolve conflict, and create environments where people do their best work, together.
