Radical Collaboration® is a research-backed methodology for building five essential collaboration skills: Collaborative Intention, Openness, Self-Accountability, Self-Awareness, and Problem-Solving. Developed by Jim Tamm and Ronald Luyet, it draws on more than 40 years of work in psychology, organizational development, and conflict resolution.

Executive teams, leaders, organizational development practitioners, internal trainers, consultants, and anyone whose work depends on people being able to communicate across differences, build trust, and hold each other accountable. We work with healthcare systems, tribal organizations, government agencies, nonprofits, and private firms.

Most training is conceptual. You read about collaboration, then go back to your team and try to remember what you learned. Radical Collaboration is fully experiential. Participants build the skills through guided practice with real situations, validated behavioral assessments, and reflective exercises. The work changes how people show up, not just what they know.

We offer three tiers. Introductory sessions (half-day to two-day) open the conversation and give a group shared language. The 3-Day Work Session is the flagship, a fully experiential program building all five skills. The Trainer Certification (RCTC) is for OD professionals who want to deliver the methodology themselves. Most organizations start with an Introduction or the 3-Day, then decide what's next.

Open-enrollment seats are $1,500 per person. Private cohorts for a single organization are priced separately based on size and customization. We sometimes offer partial scholarships. Ask if cost is a barrier.

Open enrollment sessions are held in Grass Valley, California. Private cohorts can be delivered on-site at your organization, anywhere in the U.S. or beyond. We've delivered workshops across Alaska, the West Coast, the Mountain West, and the East Coast.

Yes. Every 3-Day participant gets 30-day post-session coaching support and access to our alumni network. For organizational cohorts, we typically build in follow-up sessions, leadership coaching, or train-the-trainer pathways depending on what the team needs to make the work stick.
